(Editor's Notes: Utah's a toughie.  There are so many really old restaurants in Utah.  We thought the Idle Isle in Brigham City was the oldest but that has changed to the Blue Bird in Logan.  There's Parry Lodge and Trails End in Kanab, great oldies in Panguitch and the Little Wonder in Richfield.  Utah's a gold lode for old restaurants and we intend to mine it for everything we can find.  And therein lies a problem.  For the time being, we're going to do two more Utah diners and then shift our focus to the other four states.  In the past few days, we've realized full coverage of Utah's US 89 diners is going to take a Lot Of Time!  Thanks for your understanding while we pay attention to the other states for awhile.)
